Johnny Crawford enjoyed fame as a child star in the western show The Rifleman during the ‘50s. But before he got this role, he was one of the original Mouseketeers under The Mickey Mouse Club. However, he was cut from the group when the management decided to go with 12 children instead. Two years later, he got the part in The Rifleman that helped him shine.
Aside from that, Crawford also spent his time and investments on his music career. In fact, he had four songs that reached the Top 40 hits. The actor-singer managed to make the most out of his two passions. His last act was in Bill Tilghman and the Outlaws or The Marshal. The actor has passed away at the age of 75.
