Elijah Wood has been an actor ever since he was young. He started his career in the entertainment industry when he was just 12 years old. However, thanks to his mother, he wasn’t allowed to appear in horror movies or films that would taint his career. Today, Wood has grown up to be one of the best names in Hollywood.

In fact, one of his best works was in The Lord of the Rings franchise, which took more than a decade to make. Aside from that, Wood uses his investment money to create his own films, too. For example, he was the brains behind Mandy and The Greasy Strangler. We do hope that his mother approves of his preferences nowadays.
