Viola Davis & Julius Tennon

While the entertainment industry definitely has more than a few all-time iconic stars, there’s no denying that the bright lights still make room to shine on more just-as-talented figures. One such actress worth noting in this regard is none other than Viola Davis. Beginning her career as a stage actress, Davis soon landed minor roles in movies and TV shows. From 2008 onward, though, her popularity finally soared to greater heights, starting with her acting credit in the film Doubt, followed by her award-winning performance in The Help.

Of course, the actress isn’t alone in her journey. She has her husband, Julius Tennon, there to help and support her every step of the way. After a chance encounter in the early 2000s, the two finally married in 2003. Since then, along with being loving parents, Davis and Tennon have also collaborated on more than a few projects. They even founded their own production company, JuVee Productions.
