NBC’s The Facts of Life has been the starting point of many child stars, and one of them is Nancy McKeon. At the age of five, she started to receive her own salary at the age of five for starring in several television commercials and minor roles in television shows. It is also worth noting that the said sitcom takes credit for McKeon’s breakthrough. The Facts of Life became one of the most viewed hits on television after it was released.
