Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid’s Journey to Their Modeling Empire
Bella and Gigi have quickly established themselves as some of the most influential fashion trendsetters in recent years. Their talent, fashion knowledge, and distinct style are not to be taken lightly. The Hadid sisters continue to dazzle admirers, whether they’re walking in huge runway events or simply strolling around New York’s streets.
In many ways, the sisters are similar. Given that they share the same genes, their appearance is unsurprising. They have, however, evolved their distinct style and career investments over time.
Gigi and Bella were just ordinary girls living in sunny Los Angeles years before they took over the world, one magazine cover and catwalk at a time. As we all know, a lot has changed since then. Let’s take a look at their journey to becoming the fashionistas they are today!
The Start of Their Journey
Gigi and Bella are everywhere these days, from Instagram to magazine covers to Taylor Swift videos.
Their success can be attributed to their flawless DNA, but it also stems from their in-depth knowledge of the fashion industry. They were born with silver spoons, the daughters of real estate entrepreneur Mohamed Hadid.
Yolanda Hadid, Bella and Gigi’s mother, is also a model. She rose to prominence after appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She has since transformed into a true mother, nurturing the two after sending them to an exceptional school.
In a short amount of time, Gigi and Bella made an excellent debut on their mother’s show, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Despite the fact that they only made cameo appearances, their presence on the show was well received. They became well-known as a result of this, and their investment capital increased dramatically.
Gigi Begins
Gigi has always been stunning, even when she was only two years old! Paul Marciano was the one who discovered her. She began her modeling career with Baby Guess. She had to put modeling on hold for a while in order to focus on school and being a normal kid, but that didn’t last long.
Gigi returned to modeling in 2011 after finishing her senior year of high school. She relaunched her career with Marciano, and in 2012, she was named the face of Guess. It became the beginning of her career investments.
She made her fashion debut in February 2014, when she walked the runway for Desigual’s Fashion Week show. This debut was crucial because it was at this point that everyone began to notice Gigi. Gigi’s life would change as she received more fashion show and print advertisement requests.
And then, there’s Bella.
Bella, like her sister, was ecstatic about her modeling career and quickly drew worldwide attention for her drop-dead gorgeous looks. Bella wanted to be a professional equestrian before Chanel outfits entered her teenage dreams.
The Hadids are well-to-do (credits to their real estate developer father). As a result, the Hadid children grew up riding horses (not a cheap hobby!). and developed a strong interest in all things equestrian.
Despite her previous interest in horseback riding, Bella eventually decided to pursue a career as a model. Unfortunately, Bella did not receive the same degree of attention or excitement from the fashion world that Gigi did. She did, however, get some commercial work when she was sixteen years old.
Bella’s modeling career took off after she walked the runway for Desigual during Fashion Week in 2014. Her Fashion Week debut marked the start of her career as a model for more prominent, more expensive designers and businesses. In a year, Bella went from walking the runways for DVF, Tommy Hilfiger, Jeremy Scott, and Marc Jacobs to walking the runways for DVF, Tommy Hilfiger, Jeremy Scott, and Marc Jacobs. Bella was now becoming well-known as a person. She was more than just Gigi’s younger sister. She had truly carved out her own niche.
